We had a little unexpected arrival today. Our little Luca decided that he didn't want to be in my stomach anymore, so he made his grand entrance at about 11:34 a.m. via c-section. He weighed 7 pounds 10 ounces and was considered pre term. It is unusual that a 7 pound 10 ounce baby can be considered premature, but he was. I can't imagine if I went full term, then he would have been about 9 lbs...yikes! Anyways, Max and I couldn't be happier that he is here. We feel like we waited forever for him to come, and now he's here.

Congratulations! He is just beautiful. I hope you are feeling good and are recovering well. I can't wait to meet him. Once Landon gets here we'll have to have a playdate! Thanks for emailing the pics!
