Today, we went to Cosley Zoo. Luca loved all of the farm animals, especially the horses. You ask, "how do you know he loved the hores? He is only 7 months." I don't know, but they were my favorites, and right now, he likes whatever I like. Just kidding!

Luca and I are a bunch of lazy bones in the morning. When he wakes up, I feed him in my bed. I fed him his bottle, and then I started to feed him oatmeal. I left the oatmeal on the bed next to him (NOT THINKING OF COURSE), so I can run and get a paper towel to wipe his face after he is done eating. I was maybe gone about 30 seconds, probably not even that long. I came back to the room, only to find my nice clean bed a disaster. He turned over to reach for the oatmeal, and he got a hold of it. Once he got a hold of the oatmeal, you can probably figure out the rest. Oh and I have a picture and a video...Weird!

Luca is really into the dog lately. I think he is just trying to understand what he is. Samurai was lying by Luca, and Samurai got up and went to the door. Luca tried really hard to go and get the dog. I have it on video...of course!

Today we attended the Italian fest in Addison. We took Luca there for his 7 month birthday. Just kidding.

Luca is getting so big, and it is so amazing to watch him learn new things. And now, I feel like it's one thing after another. He can sit up all on his own, tries to crawl, tries to talk, waves 'bye bye', eats different sorts of food, and dances to music.

So I'm not going to say that the bottom two teeth came in with flying colors, but I will say that the bottom teeth were definitely less dramatic than the top teeth. Right now, Luca has the two bottom teeth, and he has the two top teeth that are poking through. This time around, with the top teeth coming in, Luca has had a runny nose, congestion, ear pain, headaches, massive drooling, crabbiness, oh and the best of the best, waking up in the middle of the night and staying up for two hours. God blessed those of us with patience.

Today, we celebrated Anthony's birthday at my grandparents house. My grandfather has been sick, so we have brought all of the parties to their house, so he can be a part of the festivities. Happy Birthday Anthony!!!
