Today we went to Sunny Acres. It was a rough night in the Milinkovich household that morning. Our son decided he wanted to be a newborn again and wake up in the middle of the night for his bottle. And, NO...this was not the first time he woke up in the middle of the night. He likes to test us and make sure we are on our toes from time to time. So, like the doctor always tells us: Do not give him a bottle! Do not pick him up! Let him cry it out! Well, we did just what she told us, and two hours later, Luca was sleeping again. That morning, he was as happy as can be playing with all of his toys, but Max and I, on the other hand, were not doing so well.

Tired as we were, we were still going to make the excursion to Sonny Acres. I love doing all of this stuff with my family. It really is fun for me.

The baby was lying down in my bed so he could drink his bottle. As he was drinking his bottle, I finished making the bed, because I changed the sheets and washed all of the blankets. Anyways, I was fluffing the blanket up and down to spread it out over the bed, and Luca started smiling and laughing. So while he was drinking, I sat there and threw the blanket up in the air about a hundred times. I fluffed his hair as well after his bath, so it typically doesn't look like that. We were just having a little fun tonight. Sweet Dreams!

Max and I went to visit baby Maja with Luca today. We ordered pizza. The girls had some vino and the boys had some beer. It was a nice relaxing night at the Kosanovic household, especially for having to little babies there.

9 Months...Already?

Today, Luca is nine months old, and I feel like this is another milestone. From six months to nine months, he has changed drastically. He now has eight teeth, he is starting to crawl, he wants to walk around instead of just sit there, and he is becoming more verbal, or at least he is trying. I do have to say that this child is an eating machine. Anything that is put in front of him, he will eat. We had a little issue with the ball, but that was taken care of.

I wanted to take Luca to the park, because there were so many leaves on the ground. I put him in the middle of them, and he started putting some in his mouth. I took tons of pictures and gave them to the family.
